Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 25%, payable by credit card (VISA, Mastercard), guarantees your reservation. The remaining amount will be paid in cash, direct payment or credit card when you arrive at the Centre boréal du Saint-Laurent.

Activities take place regardless of weather, unless weather conditions are extreme (ie lightning storms, strong winds). The decision to cancel an activity is solely left to the management of the Centre boréal du Saint-Laurent.If an activity is cancelled due to the above-mentioned reasons, participants will receive a voucher of an equivalent value (no refund), except for groups of 8 people of more, for which we will choose another date or activity.

It is your responsibility to ensure that each participant complies with admissions requirements and comes to the reception beforehand.

For groups of eight people or more, you must advise us by telephone or fax in case of cancellation or in case of any change in number of participants, within at least 48 hours before the day of your reservation. For groups of 9 people and more, 5 days advance is required for cancellation, and 48 hours for any changes in the number of participants. If these two conditions are not met, the Centre boréal du Saint-Laurent reserves the right to take the entire payment.

If a client reserves lodging (camping) for a pre-determined number of nights, and, once there, does not honour his/her commitment, 25% of the total amount of the cancelled nights will be asked for in the way of compensation.
