Please read carefully the following terms (“the Terms of Service”)governing the access to this Site and its use. By accessing the present site and the pages that it contains, you recognize the present Terms of Service and accept them without any restriction. Picking up tickets
Important:
Before buying your tickets online, please verify that your printer is working properly. In addition, you computer must be equipped with Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to read your ticket. You can download this software free of charge from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html.
Buying electronic tickets
You will be sent a confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes after you confirm your purchase. Your ticket and a receipt will be attached to this message. This e-mail message does not give you access to the event. Only the ticket that is attached to the e-mail message will give you access to the event that you have selected. Each electronic ticket bears a bar code. This is a unique code that is allocated to your transaction, and it cannot be photocopied.
The electronic ticket must be printed, and then presented when you arrive at Jardin des glaciers. The bar code will be read on site. The bar code will admit one person only.
If several tickets are purchased, each ticket that is presented at the entrance will provide access to the exhibition hall. If the ticket has already been presented at the entrance, the scanner will indicate that it is not valid. In this case, a piece of photo identification and the credit card that was used to purchase the ticket must be presented in order to validate the ticket.
