Please read carefully the following terms (“the Terms of Service”)governing the access to this Site and its use. By accessing the present site and the pages that it contains, you recognize the present Terms of Service and accept them without any restriction. Therefore, there is no guaranty of any nature, in terms of commercial value or adequacy to any specific need or requirement of the user. There is no commitment or guaranty in terms of content, functionalities, operations, links and communications, including cases of errors, defects, disconnected or intercepted communications, loss of data, viruses, or any other harmful occurrences.
The Company, or its affiliates or related entities, shall, under no circumstances, be liable towards anyone for any incurred costs or damages, including direct or indirect damages, consecutive or immaterial, associated with access to the present Site or its use. The same applies to any inability to access the Site or to any inability to use its functionalities or services, including navigation, downloading of information, data, text, images or any other information accessible through the present Site or through any other Web site appearing on or directed towards the present Site.

Nonetheless, one can download or print any page from the present Site for personal and non-commercial use, provided that mentions of intellectual property by the Company are shown.

The Company is not responsible for the content’s accuracy and reliability, or how current it is. The Company offers no guaranty in this regard and is not responsible for the information related to these cyber links and does not endorse the related sites either.
A cyber link from the present Site (or originating from another Web site towards the present Site) does not constitute in any way a reference an endorsement, an approval, an advertisement, an offer or a solicitation for the benefit of the other Web site nor its content, its products or services advertised or delivered from that other Web site. 7- Applicable law and rights, legal warnings, updates, etc….
Documents accessible on the present Site are protected by the Law on Copyright and by the laws and policies of the Government of Canada as well as international agreements. These provisions allow identification of the source of information and, in certain cases, prohibit duplication of documents without prior written consent of the Company.
Picking up tickets
Before buying your tickets online, please verify that your printer is working properly. In addition, you computer must be equipped with Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to read your ticket. You can download this software free of charge from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html.
Buying electronic tickets
You will be sent a confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes after you confirm your purchase. Your ticket and a receipt will be attached to this message. This e-mail message does not give you access to the event. Only the ticket that is attached to the e-mail message will give you access to the event that you have selected. Each electronic ticket bears a bar code. This is a unique code that is allocated to your transaction, and it cannot be photocopied.
The electronic ticket must be printed, and then presented when you arrive at Jardin des glaciers. The bar code will be read on site. The bar code will admit one person only.
If several tickets are purchased, each ticket that is presented at the entrance will provide access to the exhibition hall. If the ticket has already been presented at the entrance, the scanner will indicate that it is not valid. In this case, a piece of photo identification and the credit card that was used to purchase the ticket must be presented in order to validate the ticket.
